Welcome to this guided meditation on transition.
Many of you are reaching out right now because you are noticing the transitions happening not only for yourself but for the world.
Many people are also reaching out because they feel as though they are going thru a sort of “transition…” This can be represented on many levels, from the physical… which is an actual transition from this dimension to the next one… to a more spiritual one in which you shift out of old ways of being and become more aware and conscious of your path.
This particular transition can feel overwhelming because it is happening quickly. You might be asking why this is happening during this time…
The energies are always supporting us on our path and providing opportunities for us to move into next levels. Transition is a necessary process that allows us to awaken dormant energy so we can step into an upgraded version of ourselves.
These heightened energies are enabling us to go through shifts and have the breakthroughs that are needed during this time.
This is happening on a global scale which speaks to how important this is and what it means for the entire planet

Levels of Transition
There are various levels of transition present and you may be experiencing all or some… there is no particular level that you are supposed to be at… you are simply activating new ways of being.
This particular experience is supporting us by allowing us to move through the process of detachment rapidly.
It is important to detach and surrender because it allows you to be empty and proceed on your path as needed.
No matter how this particular experience is affecting you, it is a great opportunity to take the time to be present with the changes and allow and embrace them.
Who this transition meditation is for…
This Meditation can be used for the following:
- Those who are feeling anxiety during this time
- Those who have become sick and are in need of energy healing
- Those who are feeling a huge shift or experiencing a major change
- Those who are wanting to discover their light body or connection to God/Source
- Those who are getting sick or moving through letting go and surrendering on a physical level
- Those who are well but having difficulty surrendering the mind/mental level
- Those who are feeling the energy as heavy and having a hard time coping
- Those who are feeling overwhelmed with the new daily changes.
- Those who are feeling the need to release physical items, disease, beliefs, old ways
- Those who are stepping into new changes in themselves, work, relationships etc.
- Those who are moving into their spiritual gifts and finding them emerging more now.
You may feel like you are not ready for this… but I can reassure you, if you are here during this time, witnessing these changes, your soul is being activated at this time… you are meant to go through whatever level is right for you…
To what end, you might be asking…
When you go through transition, it helps you move forward on your path and ultimately learn a new way of being. It opens you up to things you never knew you could do and experience a new way of life you are meant to have.
It’s important to note that your soul enjoys expanding and growing, and yet, the ego wants to control and to feel like it’s in charge.
As you embark on this new adventure, you will discover there are waves of change. This guided meditation on transition is designed to help you move through each of them. It works on all levels… the mind, body, and spirit.
Become the Observer
You can move through the process by becoming an observer of what is happening, and instead of seeing these changes from fear and out of ego, see them with your spirit self or higher self so you can move into your next phase gracefully.
We have many abilities, many gifts, and ways of being that we have not even opened up to. Ways to communicate, ways to exist that we have not accessed yet.
While these ways of being seem different to you now, as you move through this transition, you will come to realize that they are actually natural to you, but you have been shut off from them this entire time.
We will meditate now to help you during this time of transition… to help prepare your body, mind, and spirit to move into these new energies with grace and joy, for it is exciting to be growing in these ways.

This is the typed-out version of this meditation. We provided this version so you can record your own voice and play it back as needed. Feel free to write positive affirmations and new beliefs into this meditation script to help you with your specific situation.
To prepare for the meditation, get comfortable. You may sit or lie down for this meditation.
Close your eyes. Open your hands and hold them palm up.
Breathing in deeply, feel your body fill up with pure energy, and then breathe out long and steady feeling yourself relax, noticing any tension in your muscles, and allowing them to melt and smooth away.
Breathing in deeply all the way into the belly and noticing yourself sitting or lying down, feeling grounded wherever you are, feeling safe and protected.
As you breathe in and breathe out, allow your mind to go to a place in your body that wants attention. Place your mind there and just breathe deeply. Each time you breathe out, feel your body relax even more.
As you breathe in now, you smile lightly and place your attention on your heart. With each breath out, your shoulders sink and relax. You are releasing old ways of being, seeing them fall away from you… feeling lighter and lighter.
Again, place your attention on your heart, and as you breathe in, notice a light expanding in your chest. As you exhale out, you notice that anything that you need to release detaches from you at this moment in time. You feel calm and relaxed. Observe how centered and calm you are even as these things release from you.
Breathe in and out deeply and place your focus within. You are becoming aware of your energy and spirit body now. Notice your energy body. Notice how it feels alive, active, aware, and awake. You might feel tingly or warm, as you access this calm and peaceful part of you.
Stay here and smile lightly. Simply breathe here for a moment and really let go…
As you breathe deeply. And release, you notice the light that makes up who you starts to shine more brightly. You are becoming aware of your own light body. Every cell in your body lights up and shines brightly. (This is your direct connection to Source and your connection to all. It has been waiting for you to arrive! Notice the more awareness you place on this light, the brighter it becomes.
Your energy body is like a seed going through change to become a plant. Seeds have everything in them to create a plant, a flower, a vegetable… they hold a particular blueprint of codes and they must be watered and given light in order to first sprout. It is only then that they awaken out of their slumber to grow into their next phase.
You have everything in you already, the codes, the light, everything you need… you already know the next step… Place your hands over your heart and feel your message about your next step.
Breathing in fresh energy
Exhaling and releasing
As you take a deep breath in now, see yourself stepping into new territory and developing a new way of being. You have a renewed sense of your surroundings, seeing it with childlike eyes, pure, and exploring.
As you breathe in, you feel excited and refreshed. Your energy body feels awakened and your heart is expanded.
You are connected to your soul and all that is…
This is the process of transition.
Sit here for a moment to integrate these changes and accept them with love. Becoming aware of how relaxed and refreshed you are.
Now feel yourself coming back. Take a nice deep breath and feel yourself becoming aware of your body and where you are sitting or lying down.
Slowly and gently move your hands and feet and when you are ready, open your eyes and become aware of your surroundings.
Sit here for a moment after doing the guided transition meditation to integrate these changes and accept them with love. Becoming aware of how relaxed and refreshed you are.
